•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in software development, preferably in the automotive industry.
•    Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as C/C++ and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
•    Experience with tools and processes like MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe,
•    Used to work with agile development tools, like Codebeamer, Jira, Git and Confluence
•    Knowledge of automotive standards such as AUTOSAR, ASPICE, or ISO 26262 is an advantage
•    Excellent communication in English and Polish and teamwork abilities

•    Develop and implement embedded software for control units in the automotive sector (e.g., Body controller or driver assistance systems)
•    Analyze requirements and create software specifications
•    Develop software architectures and designs in close collaboration with hardware and system developers
•    Program in C/C++ and perform debugging and error analysis
•    Integrate and verify software on control unit hardware
•    Good experience in AUTOSAR development
•    Conduct module and integration tests (including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) tests)
•    Document software development according to common automotive standards (e.g., ASPICE).
