Management Board
In 1995, by the decision of Volkswagen AG, a separate make Volkswagen Commercial Cars with the registered office in Hannover was established. This make, within Volkswagen AG, coordinates all undertakings connected with the production of commercial vehicles. Since 1997, Volkswagen Poznań is in 100% a daughter company of the make Volkswagen Commercial Cars, with which it is consolidated by capital.
