When in 1950 the first Transporter left the Assembly Line, nobody could have foresee that this model would become a legend. From the very beginning its main purpose was to facilitate the everyday work. At the same time, the proposed technical solutions evolved together with the increasing customer requirements both in terms of load capacity and requirements of various branches, and the technical development itself. The fifth generation Transporter determines new standards and all its innovative solutions were developed under the influence of practical experiences: during long journeys, at the building sites, and in lesser degree at the drawing board.
The Transporter refers to the success of its predecessors and raises the standards for the delivery vans. It is prepared for any challenge put out by the contemporary work circumstances. Transporter enables to increase the advantage over the competition. Its economical and durable engine, manufactured in the technology of pump-injectors, guarantees savings in the tasks undertaken.
The combination of independent suspension of all wheels and reliable drive system ensures an exceptionally stable and at the same time dynamic and safe ride. The everyday work of the driver is facilitated by the ergonomically designed cab with its functional solution of details.
