Jolanta Musielak is the graduale of Adam Mickiwiecz University in Poznań, Poznań University of Economics and received the title of Master of Business Administration AT Europe Business School ESCP-EUROPE in Berlin.
Jolanta Musielak works in Volkswagen AG for over 11 years. At the beginning, Jolanta Musielak co-created the HR department in Volkswagen Motor Polska So. z o.o. in Polkowice. Then, for a year she worked in Germany in the HR department of Volkswagen in Wolfsburg. In 2001 she took the post of HR department director in Volkswagen Poznań, where she was responsible for realizing the HR strategy of the company.
Since 2009, Jolanta Musielak held a post of HR director in Voilkswagen Poznań.
