If you are a student of 2nd to 5th year at the Poznań University of Technology or Poznań University of Economics, and your results are the highest, we will value your efforts. ENGINEER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

The program consists of such elements as: traineeship at Volkswagen Poznań, studying at the Cottbus University, and a dissertation traineeship at Volkswagen Poznań. Our company in cooperation with the Poznań University of Technology conducts a yearly recruitment among the 3rd year (6th semester) students of the Poznań University of Technology, at the following faculties:

SUMMER TRAINEESHIPS
Traineeships at Volkswagen Poznań are addressed to the students of economics, technology, linguistics universities who finished their first year of studies. During the course of traineeship you will gain not only valuable skills, but you'll be able to broaden your knowledge in your field of interest. We seek ambitious, creative, self-confident young people who have the abilities of analytical thinking and drawing conclusions. Game for Traineeship is an attractive paid traineeship held in summer, with average duration of 6 weeks. We would like you to learn, during this traineeship, how to use your theoretical knowledge in practical professional situations.
