  • "S.M.E.D. Module" training

Currently, the battle for customers on the market requires manufacturers to increase their productivity while simultaneously diversify manufactured products and flexibility of the production system. It translates into the need for often retooling of machines in order to manufacture a wide range of products. Each retooling takes time thus prolonging the process and lowering efficiency. The shorter the retooling, the lower the parts of products which can be manufactured maintaining cost-efficiency. In order to achieve that, the method SMED - Single Minute Exchange of Die is applied.
