This vision is supported with numerous processes concerning diagnostics, development and evaluation of potential covering all employees with special stress of the key target groups for the organisation, e.g. leaders and foremen of production teams, shift managers, employees with high potential, managers and plant managers.


Volkswagen Poznań pays special attention to transparency of processes, including development processes for all employees therefore the recruitment and development processes of employees are based on clear competence profiles for each personnel group, e.g. recruitment process for the foreman position, foremen development centres, Talent Program for persons with high potential, recruitment process for managerial positions. In order to improve the processes of internal development and promotion, a project is under way to record development paths for all employees at Volkswagen Poznań. The project is to produce numerous benefits to the VWP personnel, e.g. it is to provide even clearer information to employees and their superiors on development directions thus supporting them in short-term and long-term career planning.

Ergonomic efforts consist in adjusting the working environment to human beings with capable application of technical and organisational measures. Ergonomic enhancement of equipment, machines, working positions and working processes at our company is to make the environment human safe and friendly.
